Dr Nikita Maheshwari

Dr. Nikita Maheshwari had taught management since 2010, conducting research in Management and Business Strategies from past 8 years. With an experience as an assistant professor and teaching assistant at various institutions including IIM Udaipur and IIM Ahmadabad, she has also one to Faculty Development Programs at IIM Indore. During her research, she identified recurring problems in businesses and successfully implemented changes that increased efficiency by 47%. This sparked her interest in SMEs, leading her to uncover a lack of awareness of scientific tools and techniques that could improve organizational and personal culture in businesses. Dr. Maheshwari is now focused on guiding budding entrepreneurs in self-management and leadership skills to help them navigate the complexities of the business world.
